Buyer Match is a free service that matches you against our own current and upcoming listings only. A buyers agent engagement covers the whole market — on-market, pre-market, and off-market properties from any agency — with us actively searching, assessing, negotiating, and representing you exclusively through the entire purchase process.

Why would I pay a buyers agent when the seller already has an agent?

The selling agent is engaged to get the best result for the vendor, not you. A buyers agent works exclusively on your side of the transaction, giving you independent advice aligned only with your interests.

How are your fees structured?

Typically an engagement fee plus a success fee, agreed upfront before we start work, with flat-fee options available depending on scope. We'll walk you through the structure that fits your search in an initial, no-obligation consultation.

Do you only work with off-market or premium properties?

No — we work across on-market, pre-market, and off-market opportunities, and across a range of budgets and property types.

Which areas do you cover?
